If you are interested in an agility practice session with your dog you may sign up through the google doc link below.
To reserve an agility practice session fill in your personal information next to the selected time slot.
Payment is due in Advance (3 days prior)
o You may put your payment in the black mail box at
the PDS facility (please label your payment with
"Agility Practice and Your Name")
o Or mail your payment to:

o Once we receive your payment, we will indicate the
amount paid in this spreadsheet:
Fee: $20.00 per 1/2 hour.
Sharing time slots / expense is permitted
o You may reserve a 1/2 hour time slot for up to 2
people max
o Or a 1 hour time slot for 1 to 3 people
Open Agility Practice is just that "Agility Practice"! - play sessions and multiple dogs in the ring at one time is not permitted.
