Nancy Brian

Nancy has been an animal lover all of her life- especially dogs, horses, and cats. She has been doing agility for 13 years and has achieved 6 MACHs between 2 dogs in that time. She has also fostered some dogs and primarily kittens for the Cleveland Animal Protective League, with one of the dogs becoming her forever dog and having taught her very much, as this was a non-socialized hoarded dog who was rescued by the Humane Investigation team at the age of 3 1/2 years. Partly as a result of this experience, Nancy remains interested in working with timid and possibly reactive dogs.

Nancy is now retired but her work experience has been as an occupational therapist, an orientation which she views as very helpful and applicable to working with dogs, as well as people.

Nancy is relatively new to Pinnacle and is an assistant instructor in the basic Foundations classes. She also does private lessons at Pinnacle with beginning dogs and handlers, or with more timid dogs.
