My entire life has been spent working with animals. From showing horses, dogs, cats and even fish all very successfully. I also groomed for 20 years specializing in aggressive hard to groom dogs and I worked as a vet tech as well. I have been breeding, training and showing dogs in many venue’s for 40 years. I started showing horses at about age 6 and trained my first horse to ride and drive by myself at age 10. After showing multiple horse breeds in various disciplines successfully I transitioned to dogs and have never looked back. I had top JRTCA Jack Russell terriers for 30 years back in the day when we had 250-350 terriers at a trial and 1500 plus entries at our National Specialty. I had top agility, go to ground, racing and breed dogs who also hunted. In the 90’s I had a winning Malinois back in the day before they were so prevalent. For the past almost now two decades I have been breeding Top miniature Pinschers. I have grand champion regular toy group placing NOHS Reserve Best in show winning top twenty all breed ( multiple) Specials. I have bred and owned a dog who made AKC breed history ( first miniature pinscher with a dock diving title) who was also the front and finish Number one toy group in obedience in the country. I’ve bred and owned multiple National High in Trial obedience dogs and HIT’s outside the National. Number one Miniature Pinschers in obedience and rally. Multiple National High Combined And high triple score in rally. My dogs do everything and do it well. I have trained certified drug dogs, search and rescue, worked arson and water cadaver as well as titled multiple dogs in AKC scentwork. I never put a limit on myself or my dogs. Ever. Dogs are as smart as you let them be and you will never make me believe any different. I focus on reinforcing the dog to be right. Through my 27 years of living in Ohio I have taught classes and privately. I want my students to succeed and title and do it well. The last three years I started and have built a successful wellness business focusing on Pemf, redlight and other alternative healing modalities for dogs and humans. It’s literally the most rewarding thing I have ever done. My showing has slowed way down because of this and my min pins being mostly all retired. I have a young border collie who in extremely limited showing has earned 6 titles this year. I can’t wait to do more with him. I’m excited to start teaching more because I truly love it and helping people and their dogs learn many sports. I look forward to teaching and sharing decades of knowledge with new people.
